Man I wish I had a big stack of money, I would make a house very similar to this, maybe a bit bigger, but definitely taking alot of it's inspiration from this. I reckon the mix of light walls, open spaces & smatterings of exposed/painted/rough brick is excellent. Also really loving the industrial like concrete. Has a good look through here.

Great house in SF
Man I wish I had a big stack of money, I would make a house very similar to this, maybe a bit bigger, but definitely taking alot of it's inspiration from this.
